1) Interpretation & Definitions

  • Account: A unique profile created for you to access the Service.

  • Device: Any device that can access the Service (e.g., computer, phone, tablet).

  • Personal Data: Information that identifies or can identify an individual.

  • Service: Our data extraction/export tools and websites.

  • Service Provider: Third parties that process data for us (e.g., hosting, analytics, payment).

  • Usage Data: Data collected automatically (e.g., page views, IP, browser type).

  • Website: evascrape.com and subdomains such as app.evascrape.com.

  • You: The individual user, or the organization the individual represents.


2) What We Collect

2.1 Personal Data you provide

  • Contact details (name, email, company, role).

  • Account credentials (email + hashed password).

  • Billing details if you make a purchase (via our payment processor).

  • Support content (tickets, chat messages, attachments you choose to send us).

We do not store third-party platform passwords (e.g., Apollo, Google, LinkedIn). If a connection is required, it’s handled through secure tokens or session mechanisms where possible.

2.2 Usage Data (automatic)

  • IP address, browser/OS type and version, referring pages, time/date, session duration.

  • App actions (e.g., which tools you click, export counts, error logs).

  • Approximate location (derived from IP) for abuse prevention and analytics.

2.3 Cookies & similar tech

We use cookies, pixels, and local storage to:

  • keep you signed in,

  • remember preferences,

  • analyze traffic and improve performance,

  • measure conversions and prevent abuse.

9) Children’s Privacy

Our Service is not directed to children under 13 (or under 16 in the EEA). We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has provided Personal Data, contact us to remove it.

12) Scraping & Platform Policies

Evascrape provides automation tooling for exporting data that users are authorized to access. You’re responsible for complying with applicable laws, contractual obligations, and the terms of any third-party platforms you use (e.g., Apollo.io, Google, LinkedIn). Do not use the Service to violate platform terms, privacy, or intellectual property rights.


13) Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. We’ll post the new version here and update the “Last updated” date. If changes are material, we may notify you by email or via in-app notice.
