Our Commitment: Evascrape extracts publicly available business data only. We comply with GDPR, CCPA, and applicable data protection regulations. No private or restricted data is collected.
What Data We Collect
Evascrape only extracts data that is publicly visible on the platforms we support:
- LinkedIn: Publicly visible profile information such as name, job title, company, and publicly shared contact details.
- Apollo.io: Business contact information available through Apollo's platform.
- Google Maps: Publicly listed business information including name, phone, address, website, and reviews.
We do not access private messages, login-protected content, or any data that requires authentication to view.
GDPR Compliance
Evascrape processes data in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Our data collection is based on legitimate interest for B2B marketing purposes. Key measures include:
- Only publicly available business data is processed
- Data subjects can request deletion of their data
- We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures
- Data is stored securely with encryption at rest and in transit

- We rate-limit our requests to avoid overloading servers
Data Retention
Extracted data is available for download by the user who initiated the extraction. We retain extraction results for 30 days, after which they are automatically deleted from our servers.

If your data has been extracted by an Evascrape user and you would like it removed, please contact us at support@evascrape.com. We will process your request within 30 days.
